1. Who We Are

Easy to Spain operates easytospain.com, spanieneinfach.de and makkelijknaarspanje.nl. We provide step-by-step modules to help people navigate the administrative processes involved in moving to Spain.

2. Our Modules

Each module provides detailed, step-by-step guidance for a specific process, such as obtaining an NIE, applying for a TIE, or registering at the Padrón. Full information about what each module contains, who it is for, and what it covers is available on the module page before purchase.

We keep our modules up to date when laws, regulations, or procedures change. Where significant changes occur, existing purchasers will be notified by email.

Our modules provide information and guidance only. We are not a legal service and nothing in our modules constitutes legal advice. For complex or individual situations, we recommend consulting a qualified gestor or immigration lawyer.

3. Purchasing a Module

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read the module description and understand what is included, that you are purchasing for personal use, and that you are at least 18 years old.

You will receive access to your purchased module immediately upon payment confirmation.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our modules, which provide immediate access to digital content, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete.

We take care to provide full and accurate descriptions of every module before purchase so you can make an informed decision. If you have questions about whether a module is right for your situation, please contact us before purchasing.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

4. Use of Modules and Content

The modules, documents, step-by-step guides, and other content offered by Easy to Spain are intended exclusively for personal and individual use by the purchaser.

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive licence to use the content.

Without prior written permission from Easy to Spain, it is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, or duplicate the content in whole or in part, to publish or make the content available on your own website, platform, or social media, to share the content with third parties whether free of charge or for payment, or to use the content commercially or resell it.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Sharing account access with third parties is not permitted.

If unauthorised use or misuse is detected, Easy to Spain reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the account with immediate effect, block further access to purchased content, take appropriate legal action, and recover all damages suffered from the party in breach.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the content are held exclusively by Easy to Spain. This includes the module texts, step-by-step guides, and the structure of the content.

No part of the content may be reproduced, stored in an automated database, or made public in any form or by any means without prior written permission from Easy to Spain.

6. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure our content is accurate and current. However, immigration rules and administrative procedures in Spain can change. We cannot be held liable for outcomes resulting from changes in law or procedure that occur after a module is published, or for decisions made by Spanish authorities.

Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant module.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
